Le Ann Edwards joined Family Advocates in 2019 in what was then the Family Strengthening program and moved to Advancement in 2020. Le Ann came to us with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families. Her military family moved around the United States and Europe providing her with an appreciation for culture and diversity in both her community and her work. As a former program manager, she understands the intricacies of program development and management as well as volunteer recruitment, management, and retention. As a former marketing director, she is experienced in all things promotion, marketing, and communications. She has orchestrated special events for 20 to 200,000. Now that her husband is retired from the military, they enjoy refinishing furniture and hunting for antiques. She values family time and building memories with their two children, their spouses, and four grandchildren.
